HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

About the role

As the Human Resources Director you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of the company's human resources initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture, talent management, and employee engagement to support the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals

• Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of top talent

• Implement effective performance management and employee development programs

• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

• Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver efficient and effective HR services

• Contribute to the company's strategic decision-making process as a member of the senior leadership team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Counseling, Education

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in as HR Director, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing HR team

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives

• Familiarity with the local Balinese and Indonesian business landscape and culture

• Advanced Level of English (Spoken and Written)

• Able to Start Immediately is Preferred
