Key Responsibilities:
Drive Strategic HRBP Initiatives:
Act as a strategic business partner for internal departments and external partners, with a focus on supporting talent needs for IT, digital, and startup ecosystems.
Ensure HR strategies align with business goals, especially in technology-driven environments.
Strengthen External Relations:
Seek and maintain partnerships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders within the tech, digital, and startup landscapes.
Identify and foster opportunities for collaboration to support business growth, project needs, and talent pipelines.
Lead Recruitment for Tech and Digital Roles:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions such as Product Managers, Software Developers, UI/UX Designers, Digital Marketing Specialists, and IT Project roles.
Ensure quality of hire and alignment with organizational needs through proactive sourcing and effective selection processes.
Advise Management on Workforce and Talent Strategies:
Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business development.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure talent strategies anticipate and meet future organizational demands.
Mentor Talent for Outsourcing and Career Readiness:
Provide structured guidance and mentorship programs to prepare candidates for outsourcing projects and long-term career success in the technology sector.
Support talent in developing both technical and professional competencies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years experience as HR with additional experience in partnership
Strong knowledge in partnership, especially in IT & Digital industry
Familiar with IT & startup industry landscape
Experienced in hiring Digital Talent (Product Manager, Programmer, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, or other IT Project roles)
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Has experience in outsource and mentoring is a plus
