About the role
We are seeking a talented Human Resource Officer to join our team at PT MIZUHO LEASING INDONESIA TBK'. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya. As the Human Resource Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resource operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Maintaining employee records and personnel files
Coordinating and administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and other HR-related matters
Providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Collaborating with managers to address employee-related concerns and issues
Participating in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews
Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Understanding of Industrial Relations Law
Ability to manage budgeting and petty cash
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law Major, Business Administration, Accounting
Minimum 1 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role or freshgraduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
