We are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced HR Manager who understands digital banking technology and has a strong background in financial services. This role is key in aligning Human Capital Strategies with our vision to become a modern, tech-enabled Financial Institution.
Job Responsibilties
According to the company's strategy and business objectives, organize the formulation of the company's human resource planning and annual human resource work plans, and oversee their implementation;
Responsible for the company's recruitment work, skilled in identifying and selecting mid-to-senior level talents.
Regularly provide senior decision-makers with specialized recommendations on human resource strategy, organizational development, administrative management, and other aspects, and provide human resource information support for major corporate decisions;
Strengthen the prediction and overall planning of the company's human resources, and make reasonable adjustments to the organizational structure, personnel structure, and salary and welfare benefits based on the operating conditions and market situation of each project.
Responsible for building the core backbone of the company's business team and promoting the core talent echelon training plan within the company
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business aAministration, Finance, or related fields,
Over 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, with responsibility for overseeing the entire human resources department
Proficient in at least two or more modules or functions such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and HRBP, and familiar with other HR businesses;
Prior experience in Internet finance enterprises or other Internet enterprises is preferred
Possess a kind image, strong communication and coordination skills, self-motivation, and ability to handle pressure, as well as innovative thinking
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.·
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage (spoken and/or written).
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics is a plus.
Experience in financial institutions (e.g., BPR, banking, fintech) is preferred but not mandatory.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professional ethics.
