About the role

Babylon Holidays is seeking a talented Human Resource professional to join our dynamic team in our Bali office. As a full-time HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our company by overseeing all aspects of human resource management.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations

• Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement effective talent management strategies

• Oversee the company's learning and development initiatives to upskill and engage our diverse workforce

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels

• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

• A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's business objectives

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
