Human Resources Specialist
SITE MERAUKE
? Key Responsibilities:
As a HR Specialist you will report directly to HR Operation Head
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, deductions, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21).
Ensure accurate and complete employee attendance and payroll data.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management.
Handle tax reconciliations and submit monthly and annual tax reports in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll professionally and promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of employee data and salary information.
Handling operation recruitment
End to end process non staff for operation such as operator, mechanic, etc.
Update recruitment report and maintain fullfillment
? Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychologist, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer and recruitment preferably in a site-based or similar industry.
Good knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, labor laws, BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), and tax (PPh 21).
Have a good knowledge to conduct massive recruitment on site such as psychotest, technical skill, etc
Strong to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems (experience with [name your system] is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic site environment.
