About the Job

As a Human Capital Business Partner Manager, you'll be the bridge between the Human Capital function and the Logistics division. Your main responsibility is to ensure that all human capital strategies from workforce planning, organizational development, to talent and performance management are aligned with the unique operational needs and strategic goals of the Logistics division.

You will be instrumental in building a strong people foundation for our logistics function, supporting both daily operations and long-term transformation initiatives

In this role, you will get to :

• Collaboration with Head of Logistics and their leadership team in translating business objectives into people strategies.

• Identify and support human capital needs across Logistics, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and career planning.

• Drive initiatives to improve employee productivity, engagement, and retention within logistics operations.

• Support organizational development through job design, competency mapping, and workforce structure optimization.

• Advise and support managers on employee relations matters and labor law compliance.

• Monitor key HC metrics (turnover, training effectiveness, employee satisfaction) and provide data-driven insights and actions.

• Facilitate change management and communication related to logistics organizational transformations.

What you will Need to Succeed :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.

3. Strong understanding of HC business partnering, talent development, and organizational design.

4. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a complex operational environment.

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Data-driven with a good grasp of HR analytics and reporting.

7. Willing to be placed in Kalijati, Subang.
