Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Law or other relevant disciplines.
3-5 years of experience as HCBP or HC Generalist Supervisor.
Solid understanding of labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, with expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
Prior experience in the Mining Industry will be considered an advantage.
Job Description:
Partner with business unit leaders to assess organizational needs and develop people solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
Supervise the implementation of Human Capital policies and procedures within business units, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
Drive career development frameworks and talent initiatives tailored to the unique requirements of each unit.
Facilitate fair and constructive resolution of employee relations issues, serving as a trusted mediator in conflict and grievance management.
Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the performance management cycle, from goal setting to final evaluation, to build capability and accountability.
