About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our Group Company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance across our operations. The successful candidate will be based in Ciampel, Karawang, West Java and will contribute to fostering a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections, patrols, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions

• Develop and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, including Work Permits, HIRADC, JSA, and contractor safety compliance records

• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) systems and HSE policies, procedures, and programs

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards through robust documentation and auditing practices

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective/preventive measures

• Collaborate with management to define safety performance goals and monitor achievement progress

• Manage and submit mandatory government reports (e.g., SIMPEL, Festronik, RKL-RPL, PROPER, WTP, CR)

• Prepare detailed HSE reports and maintain readiness for internal and external audits

• Liaise with government agencies and external auditors to ensure full regulatory compliance

• Support Kaizen initiatives, lead routine safety patrols, and oversee the Safety Tenken process

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline

• Preferred 33 Years old to maks. 45 Years old

• Certified in HSE-related programs (e.g., SMK3, General AK3, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Japanese manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of HSE laws, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards

• Proven leadership in managing PROPER programs with at least a “Green” rating achievement

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

• Able to work independently and lead investigations, audits, and safety reporting processes
