About the role
As an HSE Officer at PT Tracon Industri Solusindo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental standards are maintained across the company's operations in Kalimantan Selatan. This contract-based position is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Developing, implementing and monitoring health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential hazards
Providing training and guidance to employees on safe work practices and emergency response protocols
Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into operations and project planning
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key HSE metrics
Promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across the organisation
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the construction or industrial sector
Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices on EPC company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in data analysis and report writing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive continuous improvement
Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to promoting a safe and sustainable work environment
