Key Responsibilities :
Document Control: Maintain and organize all health, safety, and environmental documents, including safety policies, procedures, risk assessments, and incident reports.
Permit Management: Assist in managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring all necessary permits are processed, recorded, and compliant for site activities.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of safety training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.
Reporting: Compile data and assist in generating reports for the HSE team, project management, and relevant authorities regarding project safety performance.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HSE department, including typing, data entry, and coordinating meetings.
Material Management: May be involved in purchasing or tracking safety-related materials and equipment to ensure project needs are met.
Training Support: Assist in the administrative aspects of safety training, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and preparing materials for orientations.
Required Skills :
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage and organize complex project documentation and information.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with project personnel and the HSE team.
Data Entry & Typing: Proficiency in accurate and efficient data entry to maintain HSE records.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with both HSE specialists and other project team members.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to handling safety documents and ensuring accuracy in records.
