About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HRGA Operations Staff to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources and General Affairs department, ensuring efficient and effective processes to contribute to the overall success in our site.
Role and Responsibilities :
Administering and managing HR documentation, including employee records, leave requests, and administrative support
Assisting with the coordination of HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Providing support for general affairs functions, such as facilities management, and event planning
Communicating with employees to address inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
Maintaining and updating HR information systems and databases
Collaborating with HR Team in HO and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR and administrative operations
Participating in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage
Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, Delta Mas.
