Lead and manage the HRD, General Affairs, and HSE teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery;Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals;Execute Human Resource Management Operations:(HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Orientation & Placement, Training & Development, Performance Management, Career Planning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement);Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal company policies;Implement and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 standards;Collaborate with other department heads to resolve HR, GA, and HSE-related matters;Continuously evaluate and improve HR, GA, and HSE processes and initiatives;Manage and control facility operations and general infrastructure to support workplace efficiency, safety, and functionality.
Persyaratan Khusus
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR, General Affairs, HSE, or facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector;Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing and managing all 9 HR clusters, including performance management, training & development, and industrial relations;Proven experience in facility and infrastructure management, including operational control and maintenance oversight;In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and best practices in HR, GA, and HSE management;Hands-on experience with the implementation and compliance of international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 45001;Demonstrated leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CHRM, AK3U,HSE, ISO auditor) is a plus;
