Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:1. Strategic Partnership:- Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.- Identify trends and insights through data analysis to recommend solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.2. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development:- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.- Partner with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in a competitive eCommerce market.- Develop and implement talent management programs, including leadership development, career pathing, and high-potential identification.- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
3. Employee Relations:- Act as a mediator in resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, providing recommendations for resolution.
4. Organizational Development:- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.- Design and implement training programs that address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.- Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to improve collaboration and communication across departments.
