Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of our Manufacturing Clientsin their search for a HR Supervisor that will be based in Cikarang.
What will you do?
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Develop and implement talent management programs to support employee growth, succession planning, and skill advancement.
Design and facilitate training and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
Supervise, guide, and develop a small HR team.
Act as a key HR partner, providing professional advice and support to management and employees.
Report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3-4 years at Supervisor level or above.
Strong expertise in recruitment and talent management, with proven success in building and developing high-performing teams.
Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing company (MNC) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience managing HR operations for over 200 employees.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to make firm and fair decisions.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
