1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Supervise the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that new hires complete both in-house and field induction sessions and receive all necessary work tools/equipment.
• Notify the IT department regarding new hires and employees who are resigning.
• Ensure all employee documentation is complete and complies with labor regulations.
• Design and create job advertisement posters as needed.

2. HR Operations Supervision:
• Identify training needs and develop employee training programs.
• Organize and oversee both internal and external training sessions.
• Provide strategic input to management on HR policies and procedures.

3. HR Administration:
• Ensure employee data is accurate and up to date in both HRIS and manual records.
• Manage HR administration including employment contracts, attendance, leave, and performance appraisals.
• Develop and update HR procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Monitor and manage expatriate documentation, such as Visa, RPTKA, and Protection Letters.
• Draft and update employment contracts, and track contract expiration dates.
• Update and report BPJS (Social Security) for both Health and Employment regularly.

4. Industrial Relations:
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.
• Support the development of a healthy and productive work environment.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.

5. Compensation and Benefits:
• Assist in payroll processes and the distribution of employee benefits.
• Provide input and suggestions on compensation structures and benefit programs.

6. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor junior HR staff and administrative personnel.
• Provide training, guidance, and development opportunities to HR team members.
• Foster teamwork and ensure HR department targets are achieved.
