Detailed Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.- Manage and execute employee onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:- Support the corporate HR team in the performance management process, covering goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.- Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.
HR Policies and Compliance:- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR policies.
HR Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Engagement:Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and cultivating a positive work environment.
Training and Development:Identify training needs within the organization.Maintain and ensure the implementation of the annual learning calendar.
Persyaratan Khusus
- Bachelor or Master of Psychology, Management HR, Communication, related field- Have 5 - 8 years in HR field- Fluent in English is a MUST
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English is a Must- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Demonstrates a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
