About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR professional to join our team at PT.ZXP technology indonesia' in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our growing organisation and ensuring our employees are well cared for and empowered to succeed.

• Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HR-related policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant HR certification or degree is preferred
