Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and HR documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Support HR processes such as recruitment administration, onboarding, attendance, and payroll-related documentation
  • Handle expatriate (TKA) administration, including coordination of travel tickets, accommodation, and supporting documents in collaboration with the Legal team for permits/visa processes
  • Prepare HR reports (daily, monthly) and provide administrative support to HR projects or initiatives
  • Prepare and assist in Employee Engagement Programs to improve employee motivation and workplace culture
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR documentation and processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as HR Admin or in a similar role (manufacturing industry background is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, including employee data management, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Experienced in handling expatriate (TKA) administration
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
