Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management Support: Coordinate and administer performance review processes, including scheduling evaluations, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely completion of appraisals.
Data Management: Maintain and update employee performance records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports and dashboards on performance metrics to provide insights for HR and management decision-making.
Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing performance-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries about performance evaluations, goals, and development plans, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Training Coordination: Support the organization of training and development programs tied to performance improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Work with HR leadership and managers to align performance management processes with organizational objectives and employee development goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with exposure to performance management processes preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace. Familiarity with payroll or performance management software is advantageous.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, performance evaluation frameworks, and HR best practices.
Working Hour :
Monday - Friday, 08.00 s/d 16.30.
Saturday, 08.00 s/d 13.00.
