About the role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this full-time Manager HRBP and Operation position based in Klaten, Central Java, will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic HR objectives of PT INTAN PARIWARA GROUP. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR business partnership expertise and overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to key stakeholders, offering guidance and solutions to support the organisation's goals

• Oversee the full employee life cycle, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organisational effectiveness

• Lead HR projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience

• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organisation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably within a medium-to-large organisation

• Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

• Proven track record in leading HR projects and implementing effective HR solutions

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
