Responsibilities
Designs the structure and methodology of KPI systems
Analyze and design organizational structures to ensure alignment with business goals.
Align workforce planning with business strategy
Facilitate restructuring or transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and agility.
Support job analysis, job evaluations, and updates to job descriptions.
Facilitate team effectiveness and productivity assessments.
Identifying, assessing, and developing High Potential (HiPo) employees to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development and retention.
Manage talent pipeline strategies and succession mapping processes to ensure readiness for key roles and minimize leadership gaps.
Implementing the annual employee performance appraisal process.
Manage end-to-end process of employee promotions and transfers at both head office and store levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
Having HR certifications is a plus : CHRP, CODA, HRCI, SHRM
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in OD & Talent Management roles.
Proven experience in: Designing and implementing talent development frameworks, supporting organization-wide change or transformation projects, and managing leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
Agile mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and data analytics for reporting and insights.
