Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity, motivation, and engagement in the operational office
Ensure HR strategies, policies, and procedures align with the company's objectives.
Conduct a review of the workforce criteria both in terms of qualifications and the number of workers from the division that made the request.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for the manpower needs.
Conduct assessments of work processes and employee performance to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular inspections of the office and common areas, addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
Prepare the report on acts of fraud committed by employees, and carry out mediation processes, and if necessary, issue warning letters.
Conducting briefings on the onboarding process for new employees.
Manage employee relations issues, mediating disputes and facilitating conflict resolution processes as needed.
Identify training needs for staff to enhance skills and productivity, collaborating with department heads to facilitate training programs.
Recapitulate monthly attendance reports.Prepare the weekly, monthly and annual report reports instruct by HR Dept Head.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management min. 3 years, preferably in an operational environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse workforce.
Experience in a peer-to-peer lending or financial services environment is a plus.
Knowledge of building management, assets management and hygiene standards in office settings.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
English capability is a must.
Willing to WFO from West Jakarta.
