Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for local and international hires (Chinese-speaking candidates preferred).
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review systems, ensuring fair and constructive feedback.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills, including language/cultural training if needed.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs while ensuring market competitiveness.
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies in both English and Chinese contexts.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between English and Chinese-speaking teams, including translation support when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a bilingual (English & Chinese) environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken) - ability to draft policies/contracts in both languages.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in [specify countries, e.g., China, US, etc.].
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
