About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the dynamic team at ARYA PROPERTIES' in Kodi East Nusa Tenggara. As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring our employees are engaged, supported and empowered to deliver exceptional results. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and training

• Fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing company culture

• Managing employee relations and resolving any workplace issues or conflicts

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Collaborating cross-functionally to support the wider business needs

• Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to the executive team

• Handling Payroll

• Willing to be relocated to Kodi - Sumba Barat Daya

• Manage all staff issues and solve

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior HR management role, ideally within the real estate or property industry

• Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment law and compliance requirements

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective HR solutions

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels

• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Speak and written in English fluently
