Job Description Learning & Development (LDE) comprises the translation of talent strategy into learning and development goals for leadership and employees. Contains development and the implementation of innovative training plans and materials that align individual goals and performance with Nokia's overall vision and goals. Aims at improving company and individual performance by increasing skills and knowledge targeted.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN - Review and analyze the training request details and take appropriate action
- Support ad-hoc/urgent request and/or customization request as required
- Manage training resources and logistic support
- Manage the training sessions in the scheduling tools (VP and NLDH)
- Engage with training requestor on schedule proposal, feedback, and schedule confirmation
- Perform administration task related with the training sessions
- Address and resolve training delivery related issue and engage others as required
- Monitor the training quality and take appropriate action when required
- Responsible for resolution of post-delivery related issue (CAR/IOR) and engage others as required
Key Skills And Experience KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You have: - Strong understanding on CNS products
- Customer focus
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to solve issues related with training delivery
- Must be able to work using different tools (TRT, VP, NLDH, EC Dashboard, PowerBI)
