Position :HR IR Manager (Steel Component Manufactur), CikarangJob Summary:
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all human resources functions within the manufacturing plant. This role ensures HR strategies align with the companys goals while managing workforce planning, industrial relations, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced production environment.

Monitor market trends and recommend competitive compensation strategies.
Manage payroll interface with finance and ensure benefits compliance.
7. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Head HR audits and reporting requirements to government or internal stakeholders.
8. HR Administration & Systems
Oversee accurate employee data management using HRIS systems.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and workforce productivity metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial r
within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations
Experience handling union matters (if applicable)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
