Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to ensure the company brings in the best talent.
Onboarding: Organize and facilitate onboarding programs to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization and its culture.
Training & Development: Assess learning needs, design, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. Familiar with Training Needs Analysis and Skill Matrix development.
Employee Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for employees by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Employee Engagement: Initiate and implement engagement activities to strengthen teamwork, enhance employee satisfaction, and promote company culture.
HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR-related reports, and manage daily administrative functions efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable HR role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Strong, hands-on expertise in recruitment and training.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) for effective data management and reporting, and capable of using Canva for creative content design (e.g., employee engagement materials, internal communication).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
