1. Posisi: Human Resources (HR) Officer Salary: 5juta-8juta

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Officer to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and employee administration to talent development, in accordance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).

  • Manage employee administration (employment contracts, attendance, leave, personnel data).

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Handle payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, and employee benefits.

  • Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace issues.

  • Develop and implement training and employee development programs.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.

    • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and HR best practices.

    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Able to speak Mandarin (preferably)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Posisi: Program CoordinatorSalary: 5juta-8juta

Job Description:The Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of Kunkwan's educational programs. This role involves managing communication with students, handling administrative tasks, and providing support during classes and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all PC tasks, including OKTB call confirmations and student follow-ups.

  • Arrange and coordinate appointments with students, parents, and internal teams.

  • Assist as an “angel” for AMC classes, ensuring smooth class operations and supporting the trainer.

  • Manage class schedules, registration, and attendance records.

  • Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events.

  • Act as the main point of contact for student inquiries related to schedules, programs, and events.

  • Ensure all program-related tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in coordination, administration, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a plus.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends for events/classes if required.
