Overview

I am seeking a highly trusted, discreet, and capable Personal Assistant to act as a Household Gatekeeper. You'll ensure the household and my personal life run smoothly, oversee logistics, anticipate my needs, and maintain absolute discretion and loyalty, all while being close by and readily available when required.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Book personal hotels, flights, and arrange trips and outings primarily around Bali and Indonesia.

  • Coordinate airport transfers, drivers, and related logistics for seamless experiences.

  • Booking restaurants, social life, etc.

Asset Management

  • Oversee upkeep of motorbikes, including specialist models (eg Harley Davidson).

  • Liaise with garages, mechanics, and specialists to ensure all vehicles are maintained and ready.

  • Manage household assets: ensuring repairs and maintenance are handled promptly.

Household & Lifestyle Management

  • Arrange meals, groceries, or catering when required — ensuring food is always available (not necessarily cooking yourself).

  • Organise laundry, cleaning staff, and household supplies.

  • Maintain a respectful household environment; discreetly observing and reporting dynamics as needed.

General & Personal Support

  • Provide confidential assistance with personal matters, proactively anticipating needs to ensure I'm consistently taken care of.

  • Assist with basic filming, photography, and lifestyle documentation (training provided).

  • Post content on social media platforms as required.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks; sourcing items, running miscellaneous errands.

  • Provide translation support (Bahasa Indonesia ↔ English) during meetings, errands, or negotiations.

  • Support personal introductions, social arrangements, and relationship logistics as required, always discreetly and with loyalty.

Desired Profile

  • Balinese or Indonesian resident with excellent local knowledge and cultural fluency.

  • Excellent English.

  • Highly organized, resourceful, loyal, and trustworthy, confidentiality is paramount.

  • Comfortable managing household staff and logistics.

  • Prior experience in personal assistance, household management, or working with expatriates is preferred.

Working Conditions & Hours

  • Based in Pererenan, Bali.

  • Expected to be present at the villa each morning for a brief setup meeting to align on priorities and tasks.

  • Core schedule: approx. 40 hours/week (spread over 5-6 days depending on requirements).

  • Mixture of on-site presence and remote work depending on daily needs.

  • Must be accessible by phone for urgent matters.

  • Non-live-in role.

Compensation

  • Competitive local salary (aligned with regional standards).Rp 10-15 million/month depending on experience.

  • Overtime compensated according to Indonesian law.

  • Enrolment in BPJS social security programs (health and employment benefits).

  • Holiday pay and annual leave in accordance with Indonesian law.

  • Performance and loyalty-based bonuses.
