About the role

Are you a natural people-person with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking Hostess/LC to join our vibrant team at the blind bear bali', a lively bar and club in the heart of Dewi Sri, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and memorable experience from the moment they step through our doors.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating guests upon arrival

• Managing Bookings

• Up selling Promotional items and bottles

• Sitting with the guest and accompany them

• Entertaining the guest

• Working 6 days per week, 10pm - 4 am

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Hostess/LC or similar guest-facing hospitality role (Experience not required)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all backgrounds

• Ladies aged 21 - 30

• Ability to entertain guest and maintain conversation

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
