PT Bintang Global Makmur is a company that operates in the fashion retail sector with a segmentation of fashion accessories which is dominant for women, with products such as bags, wallets and watches. We do massive marketing through digital media such as e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), our own marketing website channels, and we are also active on several social media accounts that we have. Our office is currently located in Pluit, North Jakarta. Currently we need several personnel to fill the position of Live Streaming Host.

?Job Role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Host Live Streaming.

• The Host Live Streaming will be responsible for effectively engaging with the audience, conveying information, and hosting special events.
• The Host Live Streaming will need to stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards while efficiently coordinating schedules, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and creating relevant content to engage with a diverse audience.
• Collaborate with Host Live Operators in reviewing products as attractively as possible, selling products via Live Streaming on the TikTok and Shopee platforms.
• Doing Live Streaming for at least 5 hours on a normal day and be ready to work overtime during TikTok Events & Shopee Campaigns or when needed.
• Create Content / Product Teasers for Event/Campaign Marketplace or Social Media purposes.
• Together with the Operator Host Live Streaming, carry out marketing activities in order to achieve the expected sales targets.

⛩️ Requirements

• Male/Female.
• Minimum education at High School Level with at least 3 months experience as a Host Live Streaming.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
• A friendly and engaging persona, with the ability to adapt the communication style to various audiences.
• Adept at improvisation, and the ability to thrive in on-site live event situations.
• The ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of the digital media landscape and social media platforms.
• Experience in public speaking, performance, or broadcasting.
• Proportionate weight and attractive appearance
