We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Operations to join our team and lead the growth of our business.

What You Will Do:

- Ensure the achievement of targeted revenue and profit.

- Develop actionable plans to drive sales growth.

- Ensure the execution of development strategies in line with the established Business Plan.

- Manage operational activities within the unit, including network/channel development and demand development, based on the action plan.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key distributors.

- Regularly analyze and report sales performance to Management, and recommend solutions for identified challenges.

- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

- Continuously analyze work processes and recommend sustainable improvements (continuous improvement).

- Manage the unit's budget and ensure efficient and effective utilization in line with cost-efficiency principles.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree (minimum).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

- In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market potential analysis, and data analytics.
