Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple retail outlets to ensure efficiency and consistency.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance overall store performance.

• Define and execute long-term retail expansion strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to support sustainable expansion and brand visibility.

• Ensure adherence to brand standards in service quality, cleanliness, and product presentation.

• Monitor and control operational budgets, staffing needs, and store-level expenditures to optimize profitability.

• Guide and coach Area Managers and Store Supervisors in achieving business targets and improving team capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to align inventory levels and supply chain planning with sales trends.

• Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings, including site selection, operational readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing feedback loops and initiating continuous service improvement programs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in multi-outlet retail operations, preferably in the F&B industry

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities

• Proven track record in sales performance, operational efficiency, and team development

• Solid understanding of retail systems, POS operations, and inventory control

• Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to manage budgets and performance metrics

• Willingness to travel regularly to various retail locations
