As one of the world leaders in outdoor furniture solutions with more than 1000 employees globally, we invite more talents and future leaders to board our company. we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Maintenance to join their team in Gresik. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's production facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• The factory's maintenance activities include but are not limited to all technical installations, electrical and mechanical.- Design, Implement, and Supervise Preventive and Corrective maintenance.- Regular maintenance schedule.- Maintenance SOP & the compliance.- Ensuring the full support of our safety facilities & needs.- Simple technical SOP ensures the users' understanding to operate the machines.- Ensuring the availability of spare parts in stock in collaboration with Procurement.
• LEAN Manufacturing, focusing but not limited to the technical side (ex: tooling, machinery, PLC technology, machines applications, etc.)- Setting up the KPI for the machines.- Supporting the development of 5S culture.- Ensuring the international standard for the whole factory.- Reviewing the electronic appliances based on users' requests.- Collaborate in discussing suitable machinery, appliances, and technology solutions to support the users' work.
• Leadership of the Team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety standards and environmental regulations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum education in S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in the field of maintenance, with at least 3 years as a leader. Preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Understand the principles of preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Mastering production machines' electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Understand LEAN manufacturing and experience in the field of project management.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making.
• Communicative and able to work with the team, both in & across departments.
• Understand the principles of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) as well as environmental regulations related to machine maintenance.
