INSHI Development is looking for HR Lead for a fast growing project in Ubud.
Responsibilities:Lead and develop the HR strategy aligned with business growth plans.
Build and oversee the entire HR department and team.
Drive recruitment for both operational (construction workers) and administrative roles.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs.
Cooperate with our branches
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1.5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in building HR functions from the ground up in a growing company.
Strong expertise in Indonesian employment law, with experience in construction or project-based industries a big plus.
Ability to recruit and manage both office and field teams effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Based in or willing to work from Ubud, Bali.
