Job Description About the company Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company in the outdoor and recreational equipment industry. This company established in 2015, originating from Bandung, Indonesia, manufactures clothing and outdoor recreation equipment. The company produces products for activities such as mountain climbing, camping, and rock climbing, including backpacks, jackets, and sandals.
Head of HR Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in developing well-structured concepts, strategies, and HR frameworks, particularly in the context of rapidly growing organizations.
- A proven track record of successfully leading business process reengineering initiatives, implementing improvements, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all business processes within the organization.
- Develop a Management Trainee program to train/recruit mid-level managers in the company.
- Skilled in designing organizational structures that align with business objectives and support a sustainable business model.
- With a deep-rooted passion for and alignment with the company's culture, and possess a proven track record of successfully implementing employee engagement programs. Adept at fostering an agile environment within a rapidly growing organization, and skilled at providing support and recognition to employees who demonstrate potential for growth. Excel at creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, encompassing employer branding, EVP development, and proactive high-flyer talent recruitment. Ensures that resource fulfillment aligns with target timelines and the organization's qualification requirements. Have a thorough understanding of the organization's business processes in order to identify and recommend candidates who are suitable for the organization's needs.
- Proven successful leadership in the design and implementation of competency management, learning and development, and performance management in companies undergoing rapid scale-up.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing remuneration philosophies and total reward strategies, including job evaluation, wage structures, and other reward programs.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams and executing HR programs and strategies.
- Proven ability to make critical decisions in talent management and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including C-level executives.
- Gain a thorough understanding of employment law and personnel administration concepts.
- Possess an extensive network of professional and community contacts who can provide assistance in meeting the organization's objectives.

Job Requirements
- Have at least 8-10 years of experience in HR field
- Experience in leading HR team at least 5-7 people
- Experience in Retail Industry or Brand Industry
- Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in formulating strategies and implementing programs (Recruitment and Organization Development)
- Proficiency in English language communication
- Excellent public speaking, communication skills and strong leadership
- Strong social skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and other stakeholders.
- High level of agility and resilience, with a deep understanding of the dynamics characteristic of the retail industry and scale-up company.
- Able to work in Bandung (WFO/Hybrid), also able to do business trip as it needed
