Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with and support the company's overall business direction.
Lead the full talent lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, and retention—to attract and engage high-caliber talent.
Champion employee relations by proactively addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and internal HR policies, maintaining compliance at all levels.
Design and deliver impactful learning and development programs that build capabilities and support career growth.
Drive performance management practices through structured evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement.
Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and implement effective succession planning strategies.
Cultivate an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and belonging, empowering all employees to thrive.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong strategic focus—preferably within a holding company managing multiple subsidiaries.
Proven expertise in People and Organizational Development, with a track record of driving impactful cultural and capability initiatives.
Proficient in utilizing HR systems and digital tools to optimize and streamline HR operations.
Strong ability to collaborate across functions and leadership levels, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
