Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve Monthly Internal Sales Targets: Sales conversion of Walk-In leads, referrals and repurchases
• Set bottom-up sales targets
• Drive daily sales management to generate leads, shows and conversions
• Hire and coach Area Managers to achieve their area targets
• Ensures all Member Advisors maintains strong relationships with their respective members in line with our SOP
• Center facilities are well-maintained, updated
• Ensures Coaches and ETs deliver superb classes, based on guidelines from National Experience team
• Organizes and directs center events to drive member engagement
• Maintains discipline, team spirit, hiring of area teams
• Turns complaints into advocates

Required Characteristics and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any major
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent management, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Very meticulous and organized
• Can-do attitude; complete tasks with minimum guidance
• High sense of integrity, responsibility, initiative, work ethic, and confidentiality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Flexible in working hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Ppt, Excel)
