About the role

As the Export Marketing at PT Cellindo Sigmaperkasa', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's international expansion strategy. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services in key overseas markets. This full-time position is based in Mojokerto, East Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting market research to identify new export opportunities and target customers

2. Developing and executing tailored marketing strategies for each export market

3. Coordinating with the sales team to generate leads and close deals in international markets

4. Attending trade shows and industry events to network and showcase the company's offerings

5. Managing the company's export marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective campaigns

6. Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

7. Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to inform the company's export strategy

8. Preparing detailed reports on export performance and making recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing or international sales

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in overseas markets

4. Excellent understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures and logistics

5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with international customers

6. Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders globally

7. Familiarity with the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry is preferred
