Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and creative briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Design and execute scalable referral programs with strong mechanics, including gamification and performance optimization.
• Map out user journeys and communication funnels, ensuring the right messages are delivered at the right time.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, retention, and user acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategy and execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of referral marketing and campaign mechanics.
• Hands-on experience in running multi-channel campaigns from start to finish.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
• Familiarity with user lifecycle and funnel-based communication strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with a collaborative, adaptable, and iterative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
