1. Key Account Business Plan:
   • Arrange and lead business review meetings between PVMI's top management and major key accounts to establish a mutual agreement for the Joint Business Plan (JBP), while also fostering communication with key accounts to secure alignment.
   • Coordinate with other related departments to support implementation of business plan and increase sales revenue in key account.
2. Business Investment Management:
   • Create and Monitoring trading terms (structure, sales drive, promotion, growth, etc.) in the business plan agreement to ensure its alignment with budget plan and company objectives.
   • Monitoring promotion plan based on JBP and approval by Trade Marketing.
   • Ensure all investment align with trading term budget and has effective impact to Modern Trader Business.
3. Customer Relation Management:
   • Maintain communication with key account to ensure good relationship
   • Build customer engagement in order to have better communication and better business improvement
   • Develop quarterly and annual business review and plans
4. Sales Planning and Forecast:
   • Bottom-up sales calculation by collaborate with cross functions to improve business forecast.
   • Activity-Promotion planning and execution plan for next 3 months to ensure supply availability.
   • Alignment with Marketing to ensure the Sales Plan align with Marketing Plan.
5. Plan and Execute Visibility:
   • Responsible for the visibility development and negotiation.
   • Ensure the Merchandiser Team understand the agreed key account visibility (if necessary).
   • Monitor and negotiate the planogram execution in field to ensure the visibility plans are in place.
6. Development Team:
   • Offer guidance to subordinates on steps or activities to be undertaken to promote professional growth.
   • Monitor the progress of team development initiatives and offer assistance as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
