Job Description :

• Concept Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product team and marketing communications, to develop creative concepts and design solutions for new products and campaigns.

• Brand consistency : Ensure all design align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and products lines

• Design Oversight : Oversee the creation of various design assets, including product packaging, promotional materials, advertisement and digital content.

• Quality Control : Review and approve final designs, ensuring the highest quality standards, accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaboration : Work closely with products manager and marketing teams to translate technical concepts into visually engaging designs.

• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time,within budget, and to the required specifications.

• Trend Analysis : Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the company design's are innovative and competitive.

• Communication : Present design concept and strategies to internal stakeholders and when required, clearly articulating design choice and solutions.

• AI integration : Utilize AI tools and platforms (e.g.,Adobe Sensei,DALL.E, Runway and MidJourney) to enhance creative processes, automate repetitive tasks and generate innovative design solutions.

Job Specification :

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design,Visual Art or related field

• Experience designing for the electronics or tech industry

• Experience min. 1 years in graphic design with focus on product design and branding

• Proven experience in products design, with strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility across different design projects

• Proficient in a wide range of design graphic tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator,XD), Adobe Premier and 3D Modelling Software

• Strong writing skills with the ability to develop catchy headlines, taglines, product descriptions, and calls- to -action that align with brand tone and voice

• Familiar with AI tools and platform

• Have strong English verbal and written

• Strong understanding of design principels, color theory,typography and layout

• Ability to adapt quickly to new design tools and technologies

• Creatice mindset with the ability to generate the innovative ideas, and solve complex design problems

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in all aspects of design

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional departments

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments

• Experience in UI/UX design,digital design or product design is a plus
