About the role

Exquise Patisserie Cake & Coffee is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually striking designs that showcase our premium baked goods and elevate the Exquise brand. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Create eye-catching designs for our product packaging, promotional materials, social media content, and other brand assets

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual solutions

• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to our visual identity guidelines

• Generate new design concepts and ideas to continuously refresh and enhance the Exquise brand

• Prepare files for print and digital production, working closely with external suppliers

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our brand feeling fresh and innovative

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and beverage industry

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in branding, packaging design, and digital content creation

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Excellent eye for typography, colour, and composition

• Ability to work well in a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and meet deadlines

• Passion for the culinary industry and a keen understanding of visual trends in the F&B sector
