As we scale, we're seeking a highly adaptable Global Recruiting Operations Specialist to support cross-functional initiatives and help drive internal efficiency across our continuously evolving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-powered talent sourcing workflows for global job opportunities

• Participate in talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment with recruitment tools

• Reach out to candidates, follow up with those showing interest, and submit them to Account Managers

• Coordinate candidate scheduling for phone interviews with Account Managers or hiring managers

• Tag and validate candidate data to support job and talent matching precision

• Assist in analyzing performance data from AI-powered Virtual Sourcers and propose optimization ideas

• Take on additional tasks assigned by the company with a proactive and execution-focused mindset

Qualifications

• A current undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in Operations, Human Resources, Business, or Communications

• Fluency in English; a proactive communicator able to coordinate across functions, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms

• Minimum of one year of work experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer success, or related fields

• Resourceful and proactive, with a strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on varied responsibilities

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Self-driven and adaptable, thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones

• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and AI tools
