In this key role, you will lead the global product management for our Voith Hydro Condition Monitoring System (OnCare.Health). Your responsibilities include defining and implementing the product strategy to align with growth ambitions, prioritizing business development to meet these goals, and managing the product throughout its entire lifecycle.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for OnCare.Health that aligns with the company's long-term objectives. This involves setting clear goals and creating a roadmap to achieve them.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities in your growth area. Lead business development efforts alongside our sales team to provide hands-on support to clients.
• Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle, from development and product launches to obsolescence management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that address evolving customer needs and distinguish the company from its competitors.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance related offerings, expand market reach, and strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Monitor and report on the performance of OnCare.Health, offering insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Your profile

• Master's degree in business administration and technical affinity or a technical degree with an affinity for business.
• Proven experience in strategic business development and growth management, preferably in the hydropower or renewable energy industry.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams in a matrix organization, being a motivational talent for future higher responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, especially proficiency in market research.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with emotional intelligence, knowing how to adapt roles and behavior in different situations.
• Your character reflects a person with high self-motivation and result-orientation, possessing a visionary mindset combined with a business attitude.
