The Global Payroll Team's goal is to ensure that all Codan's payroll payments are processed accurately and on time while complying with all relevant laws and regulations. The team is responsible for executing the day-to-day payroll operations requirements across multiple countries globally while also being involved in analysing and initiating strategic projects to continuously improve our processes and enhance efficiency. You will report to the Senior Payroll Manager and will be a key strategic collaborator across the People and Talent team function.
