About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our management team in day-to-day operations. This role bridges administrative coordination, basic finance tasks, and internal team support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions and contributing to a fast-moving business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and maintain accurate expense records.
- Generate and send invoices to clients; follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with our accounting team to prepare supporting financial documents.
- Support recruitment activities including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Organize internal events and assist in team-building activities.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for key operational documents.
- Provide general administrative support as needed across departments.
Qualifications:
- Based in Jakarta or willing to commute to our office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, or office coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in Office Administration, or as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working in a startup or dynamic team environment.
