About the role
As the General Manager at PT Denka Lintas Indonesia, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. This is a full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal position, you will be leading the company's operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of its services.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability
Oversee all day-to-day operations, including finance, HR, and administration
Lead and motivate a team of talented professionals to achieve organisational goals
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand the company's reach
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Represent the company at external events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Continuously monitor and analyse the company's performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (8+ years) in a similar general management or senior leadership role, preferably within the CEO & General Management industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a business unit or organisation
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Thorough understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting
Proficient in the use of business analytics tools and data-driven decision making
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
