Role Overview:
As General Manager of Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT), you will play a critical leadership role overseeing the company's entire financial structure. You will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow operations while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and long-term business objectives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for seasoned finance professionals with strong experience in the logistics sector and public accounting background.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial ManagementDevelop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead risk assessment, financial governance, and capital optimization.
Manage cash flow planning and day-to-day operations.
Support investment and operational funding needs.
Oversee budget preparation and variance analysis.
Lead rolling forecasts and support business planning.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly/year-end reporting.
Guarantee PSAK compliance and financial accuracy.
Oversee PPh, PPN, and corporate tax filings.
Develop tax-efficient strategies and liaise with tax authorities.
Education:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in FAT at Senior Manager or GM level.
KAP background (preferably Big 4).
Logistics/Freight Forwarding experience is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
Strong leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills.
Proficient in Business English; Mandarin is a plus.
